Red Door Real Estate agents can access the SSAD through their MLS membership. The addition of this service is big step in helping consumers to lessen the difficulty obstacles that may occur. According to MLSPIN, “Fannie Mae designed the SSAD to help participating MLS real estate professionals in handling post-offer short sale issues related to servicer non-response, second lien, or mortgage insurance issues. This partnership will allow MLS PIN customers to collect and submit information directly to Fannie Mae with the goal of helping to quickly resolve issues on Fannie Mae short sales that may arise after a short sale offer is made.”
